9999wen started with one straightforward idea: give players across Pakistan a gaming platform that actually fits the way they live — mobile-first, PKR payments, local sport, and games they genuinely want to play. Everything we've built since then has come back to that same idea.
Every deposit, ticket, and withdrawal is handled in Pakistani Rupees. No conversions, no surprises.
Designed for the phone in your pocket. Fast loading, clean interface, available as a downloadable app.
Bingo rooms, slots, live tables and sports betting run around the clock — whenever works for you.
VIP cashback, weekly rebates and bonuses that actually have straightforward terms attached.
9999wen is an online gaming platform built specifically for players in Pakistan. We run slots, bingo, fish games, live casino tables, and sports betting all under one login — and we keep the entire experience in PKR from the moment you deposit to the moment you withdraw.
The platform grew out of a simple observation: most international gaming sites weren't built with Pakistani users in mind. Payment methods were awkward, currencies had to be converted, minimum bets were set at levels that didn't match the way people here actually play, and there was almost no attention paid to local sport like cricket or PSL. 9999wen was put together to fix that — not by bolting on a few local features at the end, but by designing the whole thing around the Pakistani player from the start.
That means JazzCash and Easypaisa work natively for deposits and withdrawals. It means the minimum stakes across bingo, slots and betting are set at PKR levels that are actually practical. It means during PSL season, the platform runs cricket-themed promotions and boosted bingo prize pools timed around match windows. And it means the VIP programme is built to reward consistent players rather than just high-rollers.
The 9999wen game lobby covers a wide range of formats so players aren't locked into one type of gaming. Slots include everything from straightforward three-reel classics to multi-payline video slots with bonus rounds and progressive jackpots. The bingo section runs 75-ball, 90-ball and speed bingo in multiple rooms with live chat. Fish games offer a different kind of session — skill-influenced arcade-style gameplay that appeals to players who want something more interactive than pulling a reel. Live casino tables bring real dealers into the mix for blackjack, roulette and baccarat. And the sports betting section covers cricket, football, and esports with competitive odds in PKR.
We partner with established game providers to keep the library current and to make sure games run well on mid-range Android devices — which is the reality of how most of our players access the platform. We'd rather have 500 games that load quickly and play smoothly than 2,000 that struggle on a typical Pakistani mobile connection.
We know that nothing damages trust faster than a platform that's easy to deposit into but difficult to withdraw from. At 9999wen, withdrawals go through the same channels as deposits — JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer or card — and we aim to process them quickly. JazzCash and Easypaisa cashouts are typically done within an hour during normal hours. Bank transfers take longer by nature of the clearing system. VIP players at higher tiers get their withdrawal requests prioritised, which is one of the most concrete benefits of the programme.
There's no mystery currency conversion happening in the background. If you deposit PKR 5,000, play, and win PKR 8,000, you withdraw PKR 8,000. That's how it should work and that's how it does work on 9999wen.
All balances and transactions in PKR throughout.
9999wen is for players aged 18 and above. We encourage setting a clear PKR budget before each session, using time limits, and taking breaks. Gaming should be for entertainment — if it stops being that, step back. Visit our Responsible Gaming page for practical self-management guidance.
Responsible Gaming →Six reasons Pakistani players keep coming back to 9999 wen rather than switching to another platform.
Cricket is Pakistan's sport and 9999wen treats it that way. PSL fixtures, T20 internationals and domestic matches all get dedicated betting markets with competitive PKR odds. During major tournaments, the platform runs bingo specials and slot promotions timed around match schedules — so there's always something relevant happening on 9999wen when cricket is on.
The platform is built for Android and iOS first, desktop second. Every game, every payment flow, every VIP dashboard is optimised for a phone screen. The downloadable app takes this further — faster loading, push notifications for PSL match odds updates, and a cleaner interface than the browser version for players who are in the platform regularly.
Every single interaction on 9999wen is in Pakistani Rupees. There's no conversion layer, no exchange rate risk and no confusion about what things actually cost. Deposit PKR, play in PKR, win in PKR, withdraw PKR. JazzCash and Easypaisa handle most transactions for the majority of players without any friction.
The 9999wen VIP system has six tiers — Bronze through Diamond — with cashback rates from 3% up to 20% on all qualifying activity. Every PKR spent on slots, bingo, live casino or sports betting accumulates tier points. Higher tiers also unlock faster withdrawals, exclusive bingo rooms with guaranteed prize pools, and dedicated account support.
500+ games covering slots, bingo, fish games, live dealer tables and sports betting — all under one login. We work with established game providers to ensure titles run well on mid-range Android devices common in Pakistan, rather than just optimising for high-end hardware and leaving most players with a sluggish experience.
Bonus terms on 9999wen are written to be understood, not to hide conditions in footnotes. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and expiry dates are stated plainly. The weekly rebate every Monday, reload bonuses and welcome offers all come with clearly stated conditions so you know exactly what you're getting before you opt in.
From a focused slots and bingo platform to a full-service gaming destination for Pakistani players — here's how the platform has developed over time.
9999wen launched with a core library of slots, bingo rooms, and JazzCash/Easypaisa payment support. The focus from day one was PKR transactions and mobile performance.
Cricket betting went live ahead of a major international tournament. PSL markets were added with dedicated odds and in-play coverage, giving players a reason to stay on 9999wen during match days.
Live dealer tables and fish game rooms expanded the library significantly. The VIP programme was formalised with six tiers and a weekly rebate structure that applies across all game types.
The downloadable app launched for Android and iOS. Raast and bank transfer options were added alongside JazzCash and Easypaisa, giving players more flexibility for larger deposits and withdrawals.
The decisions we make on 9999wen — from which games to add to how we structure bonuses — come back to a few consistent principles.
We don't treat responsible gaming as a compliance checkbox at the bottom of a page. It's part of how 9999wen is designed. Minimum bet levels are kept low specifically so players can manage sessions within a practical PKR budget. Bonus wagering requirements are stated clearly so no one is surprised when they go to withdraw. The Responsible Gaming section has practical, judgment-free guidance on budgeting, time limits and self-exclusion options for players who want to manage their activity more actively.
9999wen is for adults aged 18 and above. Entertainment is the point — and when it stops being that, we'd rather a player steps back than pushes through. That's the honest position and it informs how we build things here.
The 9999wen game library continues to expand — new slot titles come in regularly, and we're adding more cricket markets as the international calendar grows. The VIP programme is being developed with more personalised rewards at the higher tiers. And we're continuously improving the mobile app based on feedback from players who use it daily, with a focus on load times and data usage efficiency for players on standard Pakistani mobile data plans.
If you've been on the platform for a while, you'll have noticed that changes tend to come from real player feedback rather than just feature-for-feature copying of what other platforms do. That's deliberate. 9999wen is built for Pakistani players and the best source of information about what Pakistani players actually want is the community already using the platform.
Register in minutes, deposit in PKR via JazzCash or Easypaisa, and explore 500+ games built around the Pakistani player. New members get a welcome bonus on their first deposit.
Bingo on 9999wen runs across six rooms covering 30-ball, 75-ball and 90-ball formats. Each room has live chat, automatic number daubing, and tickets priced from PKR 10. The VIP Bingo Lounge — available to Gold tier and above — runs 90-ball games with guaranteed minimum prize pools regardless of ticket sales, which means the prize is always meaningful even in a quieter session. During PSL matches, the Night Owl Room and Gold Room run boosted prize pool specials timed around the cricket.
The slots library on 9999wen includes three-reel classics, five-reel video slots, Megaways titles, and progressive jackpot games. Titles are sourced from established game studios and are tested for performance on mid-range Android phones before being added to the lobby. The Game Lobby page gives players a single browsing view across all game types — slots, fish games, bingo and live casino — with filters for type, provider and features like jackpot or bonus buy.
The bet section covers cricket — Pakistan international fixtures, PSL, T20 leagues — alongside football and esports. Markets run pre-match and in-play, with PKR odds that are competitive across the main match outcomes and player prop markets. During major cricket tournaments, 9999wen typically runs enhanced odds promotions and accumulator bonuses that sit alongside the regular betting offer. The betting interface is straightforward — browse by sport, select a match, pick your markets, set your PKR stake and confirm.
The six tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Elite and Diamond — each have a defined point threshold that unlocks them. Points accumulate from all real-money activity: slots, bingo tickets, live casino bets, sports bets. The main VIP benefit is cashback — the percentage of net spend returned as bonus credit each week. Bronze starts at 3%, and the rate increases at each tier up to 20% at Diamond. Beyond cashback, Gold tier and above get access to the VIP Bingo Lounge. Platinum and above get dedicated account support. Elite and Diamond players get personalised offers and the fastest withdrawal processing available on the platform.
Weekly rebates are credited every Monday, covering the previous week's activity. There's no minimum activity requirement to receive a rebate — if you played on any day of the week, your rebate posts on Monday. The amount scales with your net spend and your current tier percentage, making it a consistent background benefit rather than something you have to chase or opt into separately.
Fish games occupy a distinct space in the 9999wen library — they're arcade-style, skill-influenced games where players aim at fish and sea creatures to earn credits rather than spinning a reel. The appeal is in the interactivity: you're making decisions on which targets to prioritise and how much firepower to deploy rather than passively watching an outcome. Different fish have different credit values, and boss creatures carry the biggest prizes. It's a game type that's particularly popular in Asian gaming markets and has built a solid audience on 9999wen among players who want something hands-on.
Support on 9999wen runs 24/7 through live chat and email. The support team is trained specifically on Pakistani payment methods — JazzCash and Easypaisa transaction queries are handled with familiarity rather than being escalated as unusual cases. Most deposit and withdrawal questions are resolved in the first contact. For account-level issues, higher VIP tier players get a dedicated support contact rather than going through the general queue.
Our support team is available around the clock. Reach us via live chat in the platform or by email.
