9999wen Terms and Conditions

1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 9999wen platform — whether through the website, the downloadable mobile app, or any other interface we provide — you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use 9999wen.

These terms apply to all activities on the platform including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, gameplay, bonus participation, sports betting, VIP programme activity and any communication with our support team. They form a binding agreement between you and 9999wen.

9999wen reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes have been published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will indicate the date of the most recent update at the top of this page.

2Eligibility

To register and use 9999wen you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 9999wen is strictly an adult platform. We do not permit access or play by anyone under 18 under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing 9999wen for your own personal entertainment and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be acting as an agent for another person when depositing funds, placing bets or withdrawing winnings.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a current or former employee of 9999wen, its partners, affiliated companies or service providers, nor an immediate family member of such a person.

We reserve the right to request age verification documents at any stage. Accounts found to belong to players under 18 will be closed immediately, any winnings forfeited, and deposits returned at our discretion.

3Accounts

Each player is permitted to hold only one 9999wen account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names — is a serious breach of these terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

• You must provide accurate, complete and current registration information. False details — including a false name, date of birth or contact information — are grounds for account termination.
• Your account is personal to you. You must not share your login credentials with any other person or allow anyone else to access your account.
• You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account whether or not you authorised it. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact support immediately.
• Account balances are denominated in PKR. There is no currency conversion applied at any point in the transaction chain.
• 9999wen may request verification documents including copies of a CNIC, passport or other government-issued ID as part of our account verification process. Accounts may be restricted pending verification.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting support. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal through your registered payment method subject to standard processing times and any outstanding wagering requirements being met.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 9999wen are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

• JazzCash — instant deposits; withdrawals typically processed within 1 hour during normal hours
• Easypaisa — instant deposits; withdrawals typically processed within 1 hour during normal hours
• Raast — instant interbank transfers
• Bank Transfer — standard bank clearing timelines apply (typically 1–3 business days)
• Debit and Credit Cards — subject to your card issuer's processing times

Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods registered to the same person as the 9999wen account. We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Before processing a first withdrawal, we may require account verification to be completed. Withdrawals are not processed until any applicable bonus wagering requirements on the withdrawing balance have been satisfied.

9999wen reserves the right to delay a withdrawal for additional review if the transaction is flagged by our fraud detection systems. In such cases, we will notify the player and may request supporting documentation. Standard processing resumes once the review is completed.

Deposits and withdrawals should only be made from accounts and payment instruments that belong to you. Funding a 9999wen account with money belonging to another person — or withdrawing to a method not in your name — is a breach of these terms and may be treated as fraud.

5Bonuses and Promotions

9999wen offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, weekly rebates and event-specific promotions tied to cricket seasons, PSL fixtures and other sporting events. Each bonus has its own specific terms which are published alongside the offer. The conditions below apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion states otherwise.

• Bonuses are only available to players who have a verified account in good standing.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement — the amount you must wager before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds become withdrawable. The wagering requirement is stated in multiples of the bonus amount (e.g. 20x means you must wager 20 times the bonus amount).
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, bingo tickets and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate. The contribution rates for each game type are shown in the individual bonus terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not met before the bonus expires, the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed from your account.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household and per device. Attempts to claim a welcome bonus multiple times through different accounts will be treated as multi-accounting and actioned accordingly.
• 9999wen reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. If a bonus is cancelled before you have completed wagering, any remaining bonus balance will be removed and any winnings derived solely from that bonus may be voided.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash directly without meeting wagering requirements.

If 9999wen identifies that a player is systematically exploiting bonuses — for example by placing low-risk, opposing bets across accounts or using other abuse strategies — we reserve the right to cancel the relevant bonuses, void the associated winnings and close the account.

6Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and game rounds on 9999wen are subject to the specific rules of the game or betting market in question. These are available within the relevant game or betting section. The following general rules apply across all gaming and betting activity:

• All bets and game wagers must be placed using available real-money balance or eligible bonus balance. Bets cannot be placed on credit.
• Once a bet or game round is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. Please review your selections carefully before confirming.
• 9999wen uses certified random number generator (RNG) software for all slots, bingo and fish games. Game outcomes are determined by RNG and are not influenced by previous results or any external factor.
• For sports betting, odds are correct at the time of bet placement. Odds may change before you confirm — the confirmed odds at time of placement are the ones that apply to your bet.
• In-play cricket and football bets are settled based on the official result published by the relevant governing body. In the event of a dispute, the official result stands.
• 9999wen reserves the right to void bets where a clear pricing error has occurred, where match integrity is in question, or where the outcome was determined before the bet was placed.
• Maximum bet and win limits apply across the platform and may vary by game, market and player tier. These are shown within each game or betting interface.
• Technical faults or disconnections during a game round do not automatically result in a void. The round will be completed and settled based on the state at the point the fault occurred, where the system can recover the data. If data recovery is not possible, the stake will be returned.

Bingo games on 9999wen run with pre-purchased tickets. Once a bingo game has started, tickets cannot be refunded. Prize distributions for each room are shown before ticket purchase.

7VIP Programme

The 9999wen VIP Programme has six tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Elite and Diamond. Tier progression is based on accumulated points earned from real-money wagering activity. Points accumulate from slots, bingo, fish games, live casino and sports betting.

• VIP tier status and associated cashback rates are reviewed on a rolling basis. Tier downgrades may occur if activity falls below the minimum threshold for the current tier over a defined period.
• Weekly rebates are calculated based on your net spend and your active tier cashback percentage at the end of the qualifying week.
• VIP benefits — including exclusive bingo rooms, faster withdrawal processing and dedicated support — are subject to the conditions of each tier as published on the VIP page.
• VIP points and tier status cannot be transferred between accounts.
• 9999wen reserves the right to amend VIP tier thresholds, cashback rates and associated benefits with reasonable notice.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 9999wen. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or closed, balances may be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person to create a duplicate account
• Providing false personal information during registration or verification
• Using another person's payment method to fund your account or receive withdrawals
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to interact with the platform
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Deliberately exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities — any wins resulting from an identified bug are void and must be reported immediately
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other financial crime
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy any part of the 9999wen platform
• Harassing, threatening or abusing other players or members of the 9999wen support team

9Intellectual Property

All content on 9999wen — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, site design, graphics, game interfaces, text and promotional materials — is the property of 9999wen or its licensed content partners. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without explicit written permission.

Game content provided by third-party studios remains the intellectual property of those studios and is made available to players under licence. Nothing in your use of 9999wen grants you any ownership rights over platform content or game software.

10Liability

9999wen provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain consistent uptime and performance, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from interruptions.

• 9999wen is not liable for any loss of winnings, loss of data or other damages arising from platform downtime, technical faults, or interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
• We are not liable for any losses arising from a player's failure to comply with these terms, including losses resulting from account closure for breach.
• 9999wen's total liability to any player in connection with use of the platform is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
• We are not responsible for any third-party services connected to your use of 9999wen, including your mobile network, internet service provider, or payment processor.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter where limitation of liability is not permitted by applicable law.

11Account Termination

9999wen may suspend or permanently close a player account at any time for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected fraud, money laundering or other financial crime
• Failure to complete verification when requested
• Abusive behaviour toward other players or staff
• Self-exclusion request from the player
• At our discretion where we consider continued operation of the account to be against the interests of the platform or its users

Where an account is closed due to a breach, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where a closure is at our discretion and no breach has occurred, the remaining balance will be returned to the player through their registered payment method. Players may request account closure voluntarily at any time by contacting support.

12Responsible Gaming

9999wen is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Pakistani players on the platform. Gaming is meant to be entertaining. When it stops being that, it's important to act.

• Set a clear PKR budget before every session and stick to it regardless of outcomes.
• Use time limits to keep your sessions within a comfortable window.
• Never chase losses — chasing a losing streak with larger bets is the fastest way to make a difficult situation worse.
• Do not play when you are upset, stressed, or under the influence of anything that affects your judgment.
• If you feel your gaming is becoming a problem, contact our support team to discuss self-exclusion options or deposit limits.

13Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to the platform, new features, or other operational requirements. When changes are made, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Significant changes will be communicated to registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

Continued use of 9999wen after updated terms have been published constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you should close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the changes take effect.
